Caring for employee wellbeing is a key challenge we set for ourselves at Ailleron. How can we promote wellbeing in the workplace while aligning with sustainable development goals? How can we simultaneously act in the spirit of social and environmental responsibility? How can gamification be used for this purpose? Our #AilleronExperts will answer all these questions during the free webinar “How to Take Care of Employee Wellbeing in the Era of ESG?”

How to take care of employee wellbeing in the era of ESG?

The fast pace of life, stress, and a constantly changing environment are just some of the challenges employees face daily. Implementing appropriate measures to help employees take better care of their mental and physical health is crucial not only for improving individual well-being but also for ensuring that employees are more productive and satisfied with their work. That is why, at Ailleron, we take a range of initiatives to positively impact our team’s well-being.

🧑‍💼 How to care for employee wellbeing while considering ESG and sustainable development?

Partnership with Posadzimy.pl

At Ailleron, as part of our wellbeing activities, employees compete in sports activities on Strava, and the kilometers they accumulate are converted into tree seedlings. Additionally, in the ALLgood app, employees can exchange points for a reward – a sapling planted in a Polish forest.

The planting of these trees is carried out by Posadzimy.pl, which does so responsibly and professionally, adhering to a set of principles and values. Posadzimy.pl restores forested areas in Poland that have been damaged by natural factors such as fires or storms. Local foresters carefully select tree species to ensure biodiversity and meet ecosystem needs. The planting process is handled by specialists who do this work daily, ensuring that the trees take root and thrive for many years.

Tree planting with Posadzimy.pl also has a significant social impact. Our partner does not plant trees in areas owned by State Forests but rather in municipalities, districts, or private lands. The savings generated for local governments are allocated to socially beneficial projects, such as financing bicycle infrastructure, equipping playgrounds, or purchasing specialized vehicles for firefighters. This means that tree planting benefits the local community as well.
