Our Clients are leading companies in the leasing sector in Poland. Dedicated teams develop and maintain, using elements of agile methodologies, key systems supporting our Clients’ business processes according to the Clients’ roadmap and business priorities.

Due to the increasing number of projects, we are looking for a Business Analyst.

The person employed in the above position will be responsible for:

Analysis of client business processes and requirements
Specification of system requirements
Creating and maintaining analytical and system documentation
Close cooperation with the Client and development team
Supporting team members during project tasks execution

Requirements:

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in analyzing requirements and business processes
Knowledge of BPMN and UML notations and their use in modeling business processes
Familiarity with IT solution analysis and design concepts
Analytical thinking skills and creativity in problem-solving
Knowledge of tools supporting analysis and modeling (e.g., Enterprise Architect)
Ability to work directly with the Client, conduct presentations, and workshops
Ability to create analytical documentation (business and system)
Ability to estimate own work
Communication skills, independence, good work organization, and ability to work in a team
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Higher education in computer science or related field
English language proficiency enabling understanding of documentation

Nice to have:

Experience in analysis within projects in the financial sector
Experience in analysis within IT system integration projects
Knowledge of integration issues and relational databases
Ability to design and prototype user interfaces
Experience in preparing substantive scope in offers for clients
Familiarity with project management methodologies
