Genuine engagement, motivation, and a sense of belonging aren’t coincidences; they grow where an organization creates space to act, appreciates everyday efforts, and invites employees to co-create workplace culture. This mindset brought ALLgood to life – an internal gamification app that became an important part of everyday life at Ailleron in 2024. 

The initiative was created for our #AilleronExperts. Every day, they build solutions, share knowledge, and form relationships, which is why we consistently focus on their wellbeing, growth, and sense of purpose at work. The app was designed to support daily habits that promote wellbeing, encourage competence development, and strengthen team integration. ALLgood has become a natural extension of our culture. 

With ALLgood, we’ve combined fun with real impact – physical activity, skills development, stronger teamwork, and communication. 

A year full of activity and engagement  

In 2025, it became clear that gamification can be much more than merely supporting company initiatives. Around 66% of employees benefited from the ALLgood app, logging over a thousand actions in total. Sports and wellbeing activities – ranging from running and cycling to walking and mountain challenges – were most popular. Initiatives focused on skills development, including certifications, language courses, and workshops, also drew considerable engagement. Communication played an important role as well – employees eagerly engaged in content creation and building the company’s visibility both internally and externally. Recruitment and onboarding initiatives complemented the program, strengthening shared accountability for team growth.  

Why gamification matters?  

ALLgood has confirmed that well-designed gamification enhances what really matters at work. For employees, it brings more motivation, a sense of ownership, and a chance to grow personally and take care of their wellbeing – all while making it easier to connect and collaborate with the team.  

From the employer’s perspective, it offers tangible support for engagement, fosters a culture of appreciation, and strengthens employer branding through authentic experiences. ALLgood proves that values like partnership, growth, and empathy can be more than just words – they can be part of everyday practice.  

Where did the idea for ALLgood come from?  

ALLgood at Ailleron grew out of a very specific need. We didn’t want wellbeing and development initiatives to feel like a once-a-year HR event. Instead, we aimed to make them part of everyday routines – small habits that consistently strengthen engagement. The spark came from our annual #WELL-BEING program. Rather than launching yet another communication campaign, we chose to transform the idea into a gamified experience and create our custom app.  

It started with a simple idea: in distributed teams, people need easy-to-complete, here-and-now incentives to take care of themselves and their work relationships. In the People department, we were looking for a concept that would connect multiple aspects – activity, development, and integration, so the app was designed to operate on many levels, combining different engagement drivers.  

The app turns culture into micro-behaviors. Instead of declarations about wellbeing or collaboration, employees receive simple challenges and a shared space for conversation and progress tracking. The social and relational dimension plays an important role, too. Team-based and outdoor activities – such as cycling groups, running clubs, or mountain challenges – were intentionally built in to encourage mutual motivation and strengthen bonds naturally.  – Karolina Strzelczyk, Head of People

Personally, I’m driven by the friendly competition in the AilleBike group, racking up hundreds of kilometers to climb the rankings – and the rewards for earning points are an extra bonus. Why do I use ALLgood? Because it’s a great way to combine something for the mind and something for the body – from interesting lectures to morning boosters that really get you moving before work! What drew me in most were the sports challenges and that (hmm…) friendly competition – even when I was running out of energy, seeing someone else’s result could effectively motivate me to add a few more kilometers (Zbychu, greetings! 😉). And what else do I like? What’s next? Plans for 2026  

Following the positive feedback of previous seasons, ALLgood returns in 2026 with exciting new challenges, where employees can collect points and exchange them for branded rewards or vouchers that support personal and professional growth. The mission remains the same: ALLgood continues to foster engagement, teamwork, and positive experiences for all Aillerons.
